Marketing Specialist - Job Description
First Court is in a very exciting growth stage! We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help organize, plan, and streamline our marketing efforts. You need to be a self-motivated, confident individual who enjoys "creating order out of chaos." Your main responsibilities include developing a marketing plan, a social media plan, assisting in improving the design/layout of the website, and producing promotional materials.
Our ideal candidate is able to translate our client behaviors and sales team needs into creative ways of increasing brand awareness and targeted marketing campaigns. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and track progress of an Annual Marketing Plan
- Develop and track progress of a Social Media Marketing Plan
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Assist in improving the design/layout of the website
- Create promotional materials to assist sales team
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM sales & marketing tools
- Graphic Design skillset
Job Type: Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
Location:
- On-site (Mandan, ND) for first 2 weeks of Orientation
- Then, on-site 1 day per week
- Rest of work can be done remotely
Pay: $25 - 30 per hour
