The technology used to record observations of the panels provides unique insight into areas of a party's case that need to be improved, and allow clients to make a meaningful analysis of their risk and exposure at trial. The ability to witness the deliberations of 3 jury panels, all of whom were selected from the venue of the trial, will let parties and counsel know immediately if their theories are resonating with a jury.
