Full-Day Private Jury Trial

We hire 18 lay jurors from the trial venue who listen to live arguments from both sides of the case. The trial is stopped three times for timely feedback sessions, and concludes with three separate six-person deliberations. You get a dry run in front of real people, objective reactions to several live witnesses, 18 + individual verdicts, a listing of questions that most interested our jurors, three live feedback sessions, three separate group Verdicts, and three separate jury deliberations. Full-Day Private Jury Trial (with Jury Selection)

Same as above, but includes an extra two hour Jury Selection rehearsal, along with a list of recommended questions to ask when picking your jury.

The RoundTable

We bring six lay jurors to a videoconferencing center in the trial venue and present them with the key exhibits and arguments from both sides for four hours. We moderate via videoconference. You receive written juror narratives to the key issues in the case, six individual verdicts, a list of juror questions, two live feedback sessions, and one deliberation.

Do-It-Yourself Package

We analyze your case and consult with you. You take advantage of our experience to conduct your own research session, in whatever size, shape or configuration you want.

Jury Recruiting Only

We recruit and interview a fair cross-section of jurors from the trial venue. You pay the jurors their fee, and conduct the research on your own.
