Brent Anderson

Brent Anderson's practice is focused in product liability, catastrophic personal injury defense, and insurance coverage matters. He is national product liability counsel for manufacturers, and has represented clients in dozens of states across the country in cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, typically at the request of excess carriers.

Brent has also represented insurance carriers in coverage matters since earning an LL.M. in insurance law from the University of London. He has tried cases to a jury in Colorado, California, Texas, Oregon, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, Pennsylvania, New York, Washington and Wyoming.

Ryan Carson

Ryan Carson concentrates his practice on product liability defense, insurance defense, all manner of catastrophic tort litigation, and general commercial litigation. He also litigates employment law cases.

He represents clients in numerous state and federal courts and has substantial experience taking traditional court and jury cases to trial, as well as in the use of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration. Ryan also has extensive experience in the appellate courts, not only with identifying key issues for appeal, but with drafting appellate briefs and presenting oral argument to the court. Richard Cole

As Managing Partner of a 300-lawyer insurance defense firm, Richard P. Cole is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the firm. He is recognized as a Florida Leading Attorney in the areas of personal injury defense law, medical, legal and professional malpractice. Jack Delany

Jack Delany is a founding member of Delany McBride and was a founding member of Delany & O’Brien, which operated for 24 years.  Prior to founding these firms, he ran the Philadelphia office of a large North Jersey/New York firm.  He also worked for the Philadelphia Housing Authority as the Assistant Counsel.

Being an active member in the The Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) group is Jack’s most cherished professional role, as well as being an adjunct professor in the Temple Law School, LLM, Trial Advocacy Program.

Mark Scheer

Mr. Scheer has a thriving litigation practice and focuses on complex and commercial litigation. He is admitted in Federal and State Court, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a trial lawyer.

He has tried cases in admiralty, collapse, coverage, construction, breach of contract, construction defect, property insurance, bad faith, civil forfeiture, subrogation, personal injury, criminal prosecution and professional and products liability. Mark Vranjes

Mark Vranjes was born in Chicago and has resided in San Diego County since 1969.  He earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1982 from the University of San Diego School of Law and was a member of the Law Review.

Mr. Vranjes joined his firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1986. Since 1989, Mr. Vranjes has been the firm?s managing partner. He is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California, and all of the United States District Courts in California.

Mr. Vranjes' practice centers around the handling of complex litigation matters with extensive trial experience in the areas listed below. He has taught seminars on civil practice through the San Diego County Bar.
